• "Model" refers to individuals registered with our agency for modeling representation
• "Client" refers to individuals or entities booking models or services through our agency
• "Services" refers to all modeling services, portfolio development, casting, booking coordination, and related services provided by the Agency
• "Content" refers to all text, images, videos, graphics, logos, and other materials on the Website

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services independently
• Individuals aged 16-18 may apply with written parental or legal guardian consent
• We do not accept applications from individuals under 16 years of age

2.2 Account Registration

When creating an account or submitting an application, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your information
• Maintain the security of your login credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access

2.3 Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel bookings at our sole discretion, including for:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Providing false information
• Unprofessional conduct

3. Model Representation

3.1 Application Process

Model applications are subject to review and approval by our agency. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance or representation.

3.2 Portfolio and Materials

By submitting photographs and materials to our agency, you:

• Grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your images for promotional purposes
• Confirm you own the rights to submitted materials or have obtained necessary permissions
• Warrant that submitted materials do not infringe on third-party rights
• Understand we may use your portfolio to market you to potential clients

3.3 Professional Obligations

Models represented by our agency agree to:

• Maintain professional conduct at all times
• Arrive punctually to all bookings and castings
• Maintain their physical appearance as presented in their portfolio
• Follow instructions from clients and creative directors
• Notify the agency immediately of any scheduling conflicts
• Not solicit or accept direct bookings from clients introduced by the agency

3.4 Exclusivity

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, representation is non-exclusive. Models may work with other agencies, but must disclose existing representation relationships.

4. Client Bookings and Services

4.1 Booking Process

Clients booking models or services through our agency must:

• Provide detailed job specifications and requirements
• Agree to rates and terms before confirmation
• Make required deposits or advance payments
• Provide appropriate working conditions and professional treatment
• Respect models' rights and dignity

4.2 Rates and Payments

• All rates are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise specified
• Rates are subject to availability and may vary based on project requirements
• Agency commission is included in quoted rates
• Payment terms will be specified in booking confirmations
• Late payments may incur additional fees

4.3 Cancellations by Clients

• Cancellations more than 48 hours before booking: 50% fee
• Cancellations within 48 hours: 75% fee
• Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows: 100% fee
• Weather-related or force majeure cancellations may be subject to negotiation

5. Fees and Commission Structure

5.1 Agency Commission

The agency retains a commission on all bookings secured through our services. Commission rates vary based on:

• Type of modeling work
• Duration of assignment
• Client relationship
• Model experience level

5.2 Additional Fees

Additional fees may apply for:

• Portfolio development and photography services
• Professional makeup and styling
• Travel and accommodation arrangements
• Expedited booking services
• Composite card printing and marketing materials

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Agency Content

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is the property of Euphoria Velvet or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.3 User Submissions

By submitting content to our website, you grant us:

• A worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use your submissions
• The right to modify, reproduce, and distribute submitted materials
• Permission to use your name and likeness in connection with submitted content

6.3 Copyright Infringement

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai, without regard to conflict of law principles.

You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for resolution of any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services.

• Unprofessional conduct
• Non-payment of fees

15.2 Termination by User

You may terminate your relationship with us at any time by:

15.3 Effects of Termination

Upon termination:
